CROP INSURANCE

Crop insurance is an extension of our farm insurance. With a sound knowledge of the land, ARMA Insurance Brokers Gunnedah and Moree understands the importance of protecting our farmers' income from the perils of fire and hail.

We have access to insurers Rural Affinity, Primacy, Insurance Facilitators and CGU.

Some of the winter and summer crops we can insure include:

  • WHEAT, BARLEY, OATS, TRITICALE, CANOLA, CHICKPEAS, FABA BEANS, LUPINS, LENTILS, CORN AND SORGHUM. 

There are two types of cover options available:

  • AFTER HARVEST

  • FINAL REVISION DATE

The policies can provide cover for:

  • FIRE AND HAIL

  • MULTI-PERIL

  • DAMAGE BY SPRAYING LIVESTOCK OWNED BY OTHER PARTIES

  • CHEMICAL OVERSPRAY BY OTHER PARTIES

  • STORED SEED

  • TRANSIT COVER

  • REDUCING EXCESS BENEFIT

  • COVER FROM FIRST EMERGENCE
